Klares is a Singapore home fragrance brand built around a simple belief — that the right scent can transform a space, evoke a memory, and bring a sense of luxury into everyday life. Their reed diffusers and home fragrance products draw inspiration from the ambience of premium hotels, bringing that sensory experience into the home. The brand operates primarily through Shopee and Lazada, where strong product visuals are a direct driver of conversion.

The Brief

Two distinct deliverables across an ongoing engagement. Lifestyle photography for the brand's website, banners, and marketing assets — images that communicate the premium, tranquil quality of the products in context. And e-commerce catalogue photography against clean white backgrounds for Shopee listings, where clarity, consistency, and accuracy are the priority.

The Approach

The lifestyle shots lean on natural light and deliberate composition, with heavy post-production to achieve the warm, premium aesthetic the brand communicates. Props, surfaces, and environments were styled to complement the product without overwhelming it — the bottle always the hero, the surroundings supporting the mood.

The e-commerce catalogue work required a different discipline entirely — studio strobe lighting, consistent angles, clean white backgrounds, and precise colour accuracy across 14-15 SKUs so every listing reads as part of a coherent visual family on the shelf.

Deliverables

Approximately 30 e-commerce product images across the full SKU range, and 55+ lifestyle photographs for use across the website, banners, and marketing materials.
